What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers the information privacy management practices used by GladeBox, LLC when dealing with information about site visitors, organization account registrations, personal user profiles, profiles with account administrator privileges, support issues, and surveys. This statement does not apply to the practices of companies that are not owned or controlled by GladeBox, LLC.



Any information collected is used as part of our internal business practices. We do not make any attempt to obtain information that personally identifies our users unless it is intentionally provided.

Information collected is used to identify demographics relative to users who access the site. This helps to determine what content and business concepts are working for us and/or are of interest to persons that access the site. It also helps us to assess and improve site features, technical design specifications, and systems performance.

We also use collected information in statistical form to assist us in business and marketing strategies and programs. We utilize software programs to create summary statistics which we utilize for the above purposes.

Information collected is not shared outside of GladeBox, LLC except as required for security purposes and when required by law enforcement investigation. It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

As a security measure for ourselves and our users, we may utilize certain software programs to monitor traffic to our site and within our network. This software also enables us to identify unauthorized upload attempts, access to our system, and other attempts to cause damage to our systems.



GladeBox collects certain information about users who visit and access the Site. This information is categorized into certain categories and privacy levels. What is done with the information collected depends on the category in which the visitor falls.

Category I: General Visitors
Information is collected and stored on users who visit the Site to read or download information from our pages. This information may include the:

IP address of the computer accessing the Site;

precise time and date that the site was entered;

type and version of browser and operating system;

domain name through which you gained access to the Site;

URL of the web page through which you linked to the Site.

Category II: Organization Account Registration
Information is collected and stored when someone registers for an organization account. This information may include the:

organization name and address;

contact information including name, email, and phone;

number of people that may use or be represented in the organization;

number of months to pay for.

Any information that we collect in this way is used for purposes of uniquely identifying the registered organization, contacting someone (if needed) regarding the account, or otherwise setting up the organization account. Additionally, the information may be used to notify the organization of promotional offers regarding services or products offered by GladeBox.

It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

Category III: Personal Profiles
Anyone who has a sign in account also has a personal profile.
Personal identifiable information is collected and stored when a personal profile is created. This information may include:

the first, last and preferred name of the person;

email addresses and phone numbers;

a username and password;

job assignments and available work hours;

other work scheduling information.

Information within personal profiles is not used by GladeBox to personally communicate with or to otherwise contact the person unless the person is thought to be in breach of the Terms of Use Agreement. It should be noted that users may request that their email address be used to send them automated notifications from GladeBox about scheduling events that have occured within their account.

It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

Category IV: Account Administrators
The information gathered for account administrators is the same as every other person with a personal profile described in Category III. The difference is that when someone is designated as an account administrator they are automatically designated as a contact person for the organization account. This means that GladeBox may use their contact information to contact them regarding the account.

Additionally, the administrator contact information may be used to notify the administrator of promotional offers regarding services or products offered by GladeBox.

It is not our policy to sell or otherwise provide access to such information to unaffiliated third parties.

Category V: Support Issues
When support issues are submitted, users have the option to provide contact information different from the information in their personal profile. This information is used (if needed) to support the issue and to more effectively resolve the support issue.

Category VI: Surveys
Users may occasionally be given the opportunity to participate in online surveys. Survey participation is completely voluntary and the user therefore can choose whether or not they want to provide such information. Information gathered from surveys will be used to assess or make improvements to the site.



GladeBox, facilitates communication and provides for the sharing of information between users that have been created within the same organization account. This makes personally identifiable information available to other users of the system within the same organization account.

While GladeBox, provides companies the ability to limit access to information within the organization account, please be aware that GladeBox, LLC has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies of the companies that have registered for organization accounts.



Children Under 13: GladeBox's services are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. GladeBox does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for their personal information. If GladeBox discovers that it has collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, the information will be removed from the database.

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. GladeBox may set and access cookies on your computer. The cookie information may be used to store session information and to track your path through our website enabling us to offer a more personalized service. GladeBox only accesses the cookies it creates.
